Creator Revenue & Payout Policy
How JoyStoria calculates, settles, and pays creators for sponsorship and related revenue. Supplements the Creator & Channel Policy and Terms of Service.

Beta operation & policy changes
This policy prepares for future creator payouts. During beta we do not pay creators cash or equivalent on a regular schedule. The terms below apply when the payout feature launches with separate consent. We will announce before launch; material adverse changes at least 30 days in advance.
1. Scope & current status
This policy applies to creators who opt in to the payout program when launched.
During beta we do not pay creators on a regular cash schedule. In-app points are activity rewards, not cash payouts under this policy.
Company ad or sponsorship revenue alone does not create a duty to share or pay creators until the payout program is open and the creator has given separate consent. Timing of launch, pause, or resume is set by the company based on financial, tax, systems, and business readiness.
2. Revenue types
- Platform banner/feed ads: generally not shared with creators.
- Creator-attributed sponsorships: revenue linked to a creator/channel/post as we define when the feature launches.
3. Calculation & schedule
Payout periods, cycles, and minimum thresholds are set based on our operations and announced when the program opens or changes.
We may exclude or claw back revenue for refunds, fraud, or policy violations.
4. Holds & delays
Payouts may be held or delayed for missing tax/bank info, investigations, legal requirements, or company financial, tax, or payment-system circumstances. We will communicate the reason and expected timing where practicable.
Confirmed amounts will not be withheld indefinitely without cause, nor permanently refused without notice.
5. Confirmed amounts & changes
“Confirmed” means we have notified a settlement amount for a period via in-app statement or email. Estimates, previews, or “under review” figures are not confirmation.
Confirmed amounts will not be retroactively reduced except for refunds, fraud, or correction.
Future-period rates and schedules may change with at least 30 days notice for material adverse changes.
6. Tax & information
We may collect identity, bank, and tax information as required by law. Creators are responsible for their own tax reporting.
7. Points vs cash
Points are not cash payouts unless a separate cash-out feature is announced.
8. Disputes
Contact privacy@joystoria.com within 30 days of a statement.
9. Disclaimer
We are generally not liable for direct deals between creators and advertisers.
